Rhode Island Home Remodeling Contractor
Kitchens, Bathrooms and Whole-Home Renovations
Remodeling built right from the framing out, by a contractor who knows what happens to water, air and moisture behind the walls.
Free estimates. Financing available. Serving homeowners across Rhode Island.
A remodel is more than new cabinets and tile. Once the walls are open, you find out how the house was really built: the framing, the insulation, the wiring, and whether water has been getting in. We remodel from the framing out, so the finished room looks right and the work behind it is done right too.

Remodeling Services
Kitchen Remodeling
From updating finishes to full kitchen renovations with new layouts, islands, cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting, electrical and plumbing. When walls come out, we handle the structural work, including beams and headers.

Bathroom Remodeling
From vanity and fixture updates to complete gut renovations. Walk-in showers get a real waterproofing system behind the tile, plus proper ventilation, so the new bathroom does not turn into a moisture problem in a few years.

Whole-Home Renovations
Older homes often need more than new finishes. We take on full renovations that include removing and reconfiguring walls, installing structural beams, new insulation and air sealing, and coordinating electrical, plumbing and HVAC, then rebuild the space from the framing to the finish.

Basements
Finished basements, basement bathrooms and living space. Basements start with moisture: we look at where water and humidity are coming from before anything gets framed and finished, so the new space stays dry.

Repairs and Home Improvements
Not every project is a full renovation. We also handle water damage repair, structural repairs, insulation, interior repairs and smaller improvements.
Why Our Building Envelope Background Matters Inside
Rot, old leaks, mold and undersized framing get found and fixed while the walls are open, not covered up.
Shower waterproofing, ventilation and vapor control are where most bathroom remodels fail. We do them right.
A remodel is the cheapest time to improve comfort and energy use, and to do it without creating condensation problems.
Where the new construction meets the existing house, we make sure water, air and structure carry through properly.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom remodel typically takes 2 to 4 weeks and a kitchen 3 to 6 weeks, depending on inspections, material lead times and what we find once walls are opened. We review the schedule with you before work starts and keep you updated if anything changes.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We visit the house, look at the existing conditions, talk through what you want, and give you a written estimate for the work.
Can you work with my design ideas?
Yes. Bring photos, sketches or the materials you have picked out. We will tell you what works with the existing structure and what it will take to build it.
What if you find problems behind the walls?
Older Rhode Island homes often have rot, water damage, undersized framing or outdated wiring hidden behind the finishes. We show you what we find with photos and give you a price to fix it before we close anything up.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle the permits and inspections required for the work we do.
Do you offer financing for remodeling?
Yes. Through Wisetack you can finance your project and pay over time, and checking your options does not affect your credit score.
