Window Replacement
Replacement windows installed with proper flashing and sealing, and rot repaired before the new window goes in. Our highest-volume service across Rhode Island.
Typically $680 to $780 per window installed.
Roofing
GAF and CertainTeed architectural shingle roofs, plus TPO, PVC and EPDM flat roofs. New flashing, ice and water barrier and ventilation checked on every job.
Shingle roofs typically $600 to $650 per square. Flat roofs priced after inspection.
Siding
Vinyl, fiber cement and cedar shingles, built from the wall out: sheathing repaired, house wrap and flashing done right before the siding goes on.
Full-home projects average about $17,800.
Leak Investigations and Building Envelope Consulting
Water intrusion, roof and wall leaks and moisture damage investigated with infrared, moisture testing and written reports, including insurance claim documentation. Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Full investigations with a written report start at $3,500.
Home Remodeling
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home renovations, built from the framing out with the work behind the walls done right.

New Home Construction
New homes built from excavation to final trim: permits, site work, foundation, framing, roofing, windows, siding and interior, with the waterproofing and air sealing done right from the footings up.
